ReplyDeleteVery interesting! Did you know that Clermont, FL is very near Orlando, which is just 2 short hours from here? I wonder if she pictured the Disney castle when she was writing The Tale of Despereaux....and now I know why I she wrote Because of *Winn-Dixie* and not Because of *Skaggs Alpha-Beta* or *Piggly-Wiggly* (which are grocery stores in other parts of the country). :)
